“Building a center consisting of 2 large halls with an area of 60 m² for each hall + an administrative office consisting of two rooms with an area of 6 m² for each room and two bathrooms (3 m²) with equipment. *It is equipped with 6 embroidery machines and 12 regular machines + 2 office chairs + 2 cupboards + 20 seats for trainees *The number of trainees is 18 people in each course. *The duration of the regular course is two months and the intensive course is one month, and certificates are provided to them upon completion... *The target group is young, educated and illiterate men of both sexes... and trainers of both sexes as well.”
