With the extreme rise in temperatures during the summer months, the daily life challenges of the most vulnerable groups increase. Within the country, workers and underprivileged families face the intense summer heat at work sites, mosques, and in homes that may lack basic cooling facilities. Outside the country, waves of drought and extreme heat undermine the stability of entire communities that already suffer from a shortage of safe drinking water.
This year, the campaign aims to create impact by providing practical and sustainable solutions, including well-digging projects in areas suffering from water scarcity, installation of water coolers, water distribution initiatives, and the provision of air conditioners, fans, refrigerators, and other summer-related relief projects.
This campaign comes as an urgent humanitarian response from Dubai Charity Association, translating the generosity of donors into a safety net that protects vulnerable groups from the scorching summer heat and provides them with the essentials for a dignified life.

A locally made 80-liter water cooler with a full year warranty, plus a 5-year warranty on the compressor. The project aims to provide clean, cold drinking water to workers and passersby by installing comprehensive public water coolers (public drinking water coolers / Maa' Sabeel), which include a protective canopy, necessary piping, and a full year of maintenance. These coolers are strategically placed in public spaces, workers' gathering areas, and outside the villas and homes of citizens wishing to participate in this initiative. The project helps reduce the suffering caused by thirst during periods of high temperatures and enhances access to safe drinking water in areas of need, as part of a sustainable humanitarian initiative.
