As part of its humanitarian and community mission, the Dubai Charity Association launches its annual campaign to support people of determination inside and outside the UAE. The campaign aims to provide the basic necessities of life that enable them to continue their educational and social journeys and contribute to their effective integration into society. The campaign aims to alleviate the living burdens of needy families and provide a safe and stimulating environment for people of determination of all ages through a variety of projects. Locally, the campaign includes providing hearing aids, wheelchairs, and canes for the blind, in addition to providing financial assistance to people of determination from low-income families. Internationally, the campaign focuses on implementing projects that include providing wheelchairs, electric bicycles, and commercial vehicles to help people of determination achieve self-sufficiency. It also offers physiotherapy sessions, prosthetic limbs, and the construction of a specialized rehabilitation center for people of determination in deprived communities. This campaign embodies the association's ongoing commitment to supporting and empowering this important group and enhancing their opportunities for a dignified life and a better future.

A rehabilitation center for people of determination
"A rehabilitation center for people with disabilities with an area of 300 m2, built of cement and roofed with zinc and heat-insulating wood, consisting of 7 rooms with an area of 11 m2 each, (a project manager's room with an internal bathroom with an area of 1.5 m2, a project coordinator's room, a rehabilitation specialist's room, a room for social and psychological researchers, a store with an area of 6.5 m2 and a drug warehouse with an area of 11 m2, a reception, a rehabilitation hall with an area of 60 m2), and 2 bathrooms with an area of 1.5 m2 for each bathroom. The association supervises the center for a year, after which the management of the center's affairs is handed over to the local community in coordination with the local government."
