Training for the deaf and mute

Economic empowerment for persons with hearing disabilities (deaf and mute) through: * Training 50 beneficiaries from the deaf and mute community on small business management and entrepreneurship skills through workshops on (feasibility study, marketing, capital management, customer service) + specialized training in fields chosen by the beneficiaries such as tailoring, handicrafts, mobile phone maintenance, home cooking, and hairdressing. * Providing financial grants to fund 20 small projects led by individuals from the deaf and mute community. * Enhancing income opportunities and improving the living conditions of the beneficiaries and their families. * Ensuring the sustainability of the projects through field follow-up and supervision for a period of 6 months after implementation.
