3-room orphanage

Orphanage with 3 dormitories accommodating 45 orphans + classroom + administrative office + kitchen + guard's room. Constructed of red brick with a reinforced concrete roof and foundation, with iron and aluminum doors and windows. Includes 4 bathrooms + 22 light fixtures + furniture (5 chairs + 1 table + 20 double beds). 270 square meters. The center will operate for one year, after which it will depend on donations or symbolic student sponsorships. Plans are available upon request.
