"Construction of a center comprising a large hall (80 m²), an administrative office consisting of two rooms (6 m² each) and two restrooms (3 m²), fully equipped. *Equipment includes: 16 fixed desktop units, 16 trainee chairs, 16 partitioned desks, 1 cabinet, 1 office chair, 1 office desk, 2 solar panels, and one 100Ah battery. *Capacity: 16 trainees per course. *Course duration: two months for standard courses and one month for intensive courses; certificates are awarded upon completion. *Target demographic: educated and illiterate youth of both genders; trainers are also of both genders."
