Construction of a center comprising two large halls (60 m² each), an administrative office consisting of two rooms (6 m² each), and two restrooms (3 m²), fully equipped. * Equipment includes 6 embroidery machines, 12 standard sewing machines, 2 office chairs, 2 cabinets, and 20 seats for trainees. * Each training course accommodates 18 trainees. * Course duration is two months for standard courses and one month for intensive courses; certificates are awarded upon completion. * Target demographic: Educated and illiterate youth of both genders; trainers are also of both genders.
