Substitute Pilgrimage

Dubai Charity Association, through the Substitute Pilgrimage project, seeks to provide an opportunity for individuals whose health conditions have prevented them from performing Hajj, as well as for the families of the deceased, to fulfill this obligation by appointing someone to perform Hajj on their behalf.
