Substitute Pilgrimage

Substitute Pilgrimage

Dubai Charity Association, through the Substitute Pilgrimage project, seeks to provide an opportunity for individuals whose health conditions have prevented them from performing Hajj, as well as for the families of the deceased, to fulfill this obligation by appointing someone to perform Hajj on their behalf. The pilgrimage is thus carried out on behalf of the deceased or those unable to perform it due to illness. The Substitute Pilgrimage project is part of the Association’s humanitarian programs, aiming to facilitate the performance of the fifth pillar of Islam for those upon whom it is obligatory but who are unable to undertake it themselves, embodying the principles of compassion and solidarity in Islamic Sharia
