Dubai Charity Association has announced the implementation of Eid Al-Fitr initiatives, aiming to celebrate the occasion and bring joy and happiness to the hearts of underprivileged families, deserving individuals, and orphaned children. This comes as part of the association's ongoing efforts to promote social cohesion, compassion, and a culture of solidarity within the community.
The "Eid Clothes" initiative is one of these projects, expected to benefit 6,750 individuals. It aims to provide new and suitable clothing for children and deserving families, enabling them to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr with a fresh look and a sense of joy and dignity. Through this initiative, Dubai Charity Association seeks to ease the financial burden on underprivileged families and grant their children the right to celebrate Eid like their peers.
As part of its special care for orphans, Dubai Charity Association distributes "Eidiyah" to the orphaned children it sponsors, bringing joy to their hearts.
During its Ramadan campaign, " The goodness endure", the association organized the "Ramadan Joy" initiative for orphans, filling their hearts with happiness and delight. Additionally, as part of the same initiative, Dubai Charity Association celebrated People of Determination in a remarkable Ramadan evening.
The "Zakat Al-Fitr" initiative, benefiting over 220,000 individuals within the country, embodies the significance of this religious duty in purifying the souls of fasting individuals and providing for the poor and needy on Eid day.
Dubai Charity Association collects Zakat Al-Fitr from fasting individuals and ensures its timely distribution to deserving families and individuals before the Eid prayer, in alignment with the Islamic principles of supporting those in need and bringing them joy on this blessed occasion.
