Dubai Charity Association participated in the “Khulwa Al-Jood”, organized by the Dubai Community Contributions Establishment (Jood), which aimed to strengthen collaboration and unify efforts among various community and humanitarian institutions in the Emirate of Dubai.
The retreat, held at the “Umm Suqeim Majlis,” was attended by Her Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, and His Excellency Marwan bin Humaid, CEO of the Dubai Community Contributions Foundation “Jood.” Dubai Charity Association was represented by Mr. Adel Matar, Board Member, and Ms. Rawan Saad, Head of the Partnerships Unit. The event also brought together a distinguished group of decision-makers and representatives from governmental, private, and non-profit organizations.
Through the interactive “Khulwa Al-Jood,” the Dubai Community Contributions Establishment aimed to help design a more inclusive and sustainable path for community work, while enhancing its governance frameworks to ensure the engagement of all relevant stakeholders. This initiative supports the foundation’s goals and aligns with the Dubai Social Agenda 33, striving toward a more prosperous society and an improved quality of life for all.
Dubai Charity Association’s participation reaffirms its active role in supporting community initiatives and strengthening collaboration with various entities to unify efforts toward comprehensive and sustainable community development.
