Dubai Charity Association announced that its " Al Adahi Campaign" for the year 1446 AH – 2025 successfully achieved significant milestones, benefiting over 440,000 individuals both within the UAE and abroad. The campaign provided sacrificial meat, Eid clothing, and essential supplies to orphans and children from underprivileged families, in addition to a wide range of other humanitarian and charitable projects.
The beneficiaries included 20,650 individuals within the UAE and over 419,000 beneficiaries across 11 countries worldwide.
His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association, expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed, participated, and engaged with this year’s Al Adahi Campaign. He praised the donors and partners in goodness, as well as the efforts of the association’s teams and the management that developed well-thought-out plans and implemented the necessary administrative and organizational procedures to ensure the campaign's success.
He emphasized that this collective cooperation in doing good and working with a spirit of teamwork was key to achieving the campaign’s objectives.
His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi stated: "Driven by the principles of solidarity and compassion, the noble Sunnah of performing the blessed Udhiyah ritual, and the commitment to meeting the needs of underprivileged families and vulnerable communities, sacrificial meat was distributed both inside and outside the country.
A total of 13,250 individuals within the UAE and over 213,000 individuals abroad benefited from this great act of worship, on behalf of the donors who entrusted the Association to distribute their Udhiyah meat to those in need.
The Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association stated that 400 orphans were sponsored during the campaign — 50 within the UAE and 350 abroad.
He also noted that the "Eid Clothes" initiative, launched as part of the Al Adahi Campaign, benefited 6,745 orphans and children from underprivileged families, reflecting the Association’s commitment to providing them with a dignified life and bringing joy and happiness to their hearts
He pointed out that the campaign successfully raised donations to construct 67 mosques outside the UAE, serving around 34,000 people, in addition to the digging of 419 wells, benefiting 172,000 individuals.
His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi expressed his sincere gratitude to the donors and benevolent individuals in the UAE for their generous contributions of Udhiyah and financial support. He emphasized that their efforts played a vital role in the success of this year’s Udhiyah Campaign, helping to realize its predefined goals and achieve remarkable milestones—an inspiring testament to the spirit of solidarity and compassion that distinguishes Emirati society
