Dubai Charity organizes a training program on "Official Protocol, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills" for its staff.

Dubai Charity Association organized a training program for many of its staff members on "Official Protocol, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills" between April 29th and May 1st of this year. This training program is part of the association's human resource management plan aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of its employees, as well as learning about best practices in various areas and topics that serve the desired objectives. This is done to improve the performance of the human resources, which in turn reflects on the quality of services provided by the association.

The training program, presented by trainer and media figure Ahmed Shabeib from HDTC Training Center, included an introduction to a set of rules and traditions that must be followed in official events and occasions such as government and diplomatic celebrations. Additionally, it covered the art of public speaking and communication skills related to effective communication and impactful presentations in public and private events, tailored to the targeted audience and the purpose of the speech.

Ahmed Al Suwaidi, the Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Association, emphasized that providing training and qualification for the association's employees is a top priority for the management. Training contributes to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness by directing employees towards the best global practices, leading to the improvement of their personal and professional skills. This development enhances their individual and collective performance to deliver the best service to customers and beneficiaries.

The Executive Director of Dubai Charity stated: "This training program was developed by the Human Resources Management to meet the training needs of employees, to promote a culture of protocol and etiquette, and enhance their skills, including professional aspects related to official event duties. It also aims to improve participants' speaking and presentation skills, providing them with the necessary tools and techniques, as these are among the most important skills individuals need in both work and daily life. The ability to speak confidently and effectively in front of an audience helps to convey messages clearly and achieve success in business, personal, and public relationships.

Participants in the training program expressed their happiness with participating in the program and the significant benefit they gained from learning about the protocol and etiquette rules in official events, as well as the art of public speaking and presentation within the context of charitable work.

At the end of the training program, Ahmed Al Suwaidi, the Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association, attended alongside Dr. Mohammed Saeed, the Director of Human Resources Management at the association, to present certificates to the participants in the training program.
