In a step aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of young national talents in the job market, the Community Awareness and Education Department at Dubai Charity Association concluded a specialized training program in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and English communication skills, organized in collaboration with the Community Development Authority in Dubai.
This training comes as part of the pioneering Tamkeen initiative launched by the Community Awareness and Education Department at the Association, which focuses on empowering Emirati families and supporting their effective and sustainable participation in the job market. The initiative is carried out in partnership with leading government entities, including Dubai Police, the Community Development Authority, and the Dubai Endowments and Minors’ Trust Authority (Dubai Endowments).
The training program was held over five consecutive days, with four instructional hours each day, at the Marriott Al Jaddaf Hotel in Dubai. It saw the participation of 35 ambitious graduates who demonstrated strong commitment to benefiting from the high-quality content provided.
The program focused on three vital pillars aligned with global and local trends toward a knowledge-based economy:
Cybersecurity, with an emphasis on strengthening data protection skills and securing digital systems.
Artificial intelligence, by building a deep understanding of AI tools and methodologies and how to apply them across various work environments to boost productivity.
English communication, through developing the language proficiency needed for professional interaction in the workplace.
At the conclusion of the training program, Mr. Adel Matar, Board Member of Dubai Charity Association, presented the graduation certificates to the participants. He praised their enthusiasm, discipline, and the knowledge they gained throughout the program
