The Dubai Charity Association has announced the completion of its operational and field preparations to launch its annual Ramadan campaign, " The goodness endures," for the year 1447 AH – 2026 AD. This initiative is part of its noble humanitarian mission aimed at promoting social solidarity and reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global hub for charitable and humanitarian work. The association will reveal the details of this campaign during an upcoming press conference in Dubai.
His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi, CEO of the Dubai Charity Association, affirmed that this year the association is adopting an advanced strategy focused on proactive outreach and precise distribution. The various departments and divisions of the association have put the final touches on the operational plans necessary to ensure the campaign’s success, achieve its intended goals, and bring happiness to a wide segment of beneficiaries within the UAE and around the world. This reflects the association’s mission and approach to charitable and humanitarian work, in full compliance with the country’s policies and the directives of our wise leadership.
The CEO of the Dubai Charity Association stated that the Ramadan campaign includes a package of major specialized projects, namely: Iftar sayem, the “Goodness Coupon” to provide essential needs for underprivileged families during Ramadan, orphan sponsorship, Zakat al-Fitr, and Zakat al-Mal. In addition, the campaign implements sustainable charitable projects and initiatives that address the diverse humanitarian, social, and Ramadan-related needs of beneficiaries. These include constructing mosques, building and sponsoring orphanages, extending water networks and digging wells in countries affected by drought, establishing Quran memorization centers, supporting educational projects, assisting family-run productive enterprises, building clinics, providing healthcare for patients, constructing homes for the poor, and other humanitarian and developmental projects.
He added: “Our goal at Dubai Charity this year is to go beyond traditional figures; we aim to make a tangible impact on the lives of underprivileged families and expand the social protection umbrella to include a more diverse range of groups within the country and abroad. We believe that the collaboration between the government and private sectors with charitable initiatives is the key driver of this campaign’s success. Therefore, we invite everyone to be part of this humanitarian movement. We rely on the spirit of solidarity and compassion that defines our Emirati community to achieve—and hopefully exceed—the intended goals, providing support and backing for the implementation of other charitable programs throughout the year
